Well, I really am still alive. My hands are still bothering me, so I’ve been avoiding typing, because that seems to be the thing that makes them hurt the most. I’ll see the doctor next week.
The bad picture above is Shirley Fraser’s quilt, which I finished for her. She was thrilled with it. It turned out quite nice.
I got this beautiful hand dyed fabric from Vicki Welch. It’s so pretty in the package I hate to unwrap it! Thank you Vicki! I so looking forward to getting together with you & your mom in April! I can’t wait!

Hope you get some relief soon; beautiful finished quilt. Can't wait to see what you sew up for the new gift!
We take our hands so for granted! I've been sitting here thinking of the limitations imposed by aching hands. Hope things improve soon!
Hello from Blustery, Wintery Michigan. Your machine embroidery is lovely. I hope your hands feel better soon. I also love your snowflake design. Very Pretty. Hugs Judy
I hope your feeling better and find out whats happening in your body. Can't do much with your fingers aching.
Your quilting is wonderful as always.
Sorry to hear you are having pain i your hands - we depend on them so much! Hope you are able to find relief for this.
Just found your lovely blog! Hands numb and prickly and aching from sewing? Waking you up at night? I cannot at all free motion or even hold the ruler with my fingertips. Crochet is horrible to. (ps - I'm young) Bromelain helps! It's from pineapple if you can find it anywhere. good luck!
