I feel very blessed to be home today & being able to spend a little time just posting this. We have been having beautiful sunny & warm days this past week, after a string of rainy days. It's getting cooler at night, & the days are getting noticeably shorter, with the sun moving to the south. I decided I had to take advantage of the sun while it's still here, so last Sunday I hauled some fabric & paints out into the back yard & played with paints. Mostly Dynaflow, & some rock salt, & a few plants for sun-printing.
I also decided to work on a Rayon shirt that I bought from Dharma Trading Co. It was white, prepared for dying, & I've used it a couple of times as a clean-up rag when doing other projects. I added more colors to it, then started coloring with all of my fabric & gel pens, & Inktense Pencils. For now I think I may be done, but then again, I may not be...

Wow! Isn't the Dynaflow amazing to work with?! Very pretty results! I'm glad you had such beautiful weather, also.
I have been noticing the cooler temperatures and the shorter days too, although I am sure it is much more pronounced in Alaska. Looks like a fun dyeing day.
