Feathers!

Well it seems I am having a hard time aligning m blog since I messed with the template last week. Hmmm.., I can't seem to get my pictures in the order I wasn't anymore. Well this is about feathers, some that I'm doing on my friend Judy's quilt,..
& some on this little fellow who was knocking on my house. At first I thought it was quite cute, until..

Here are a couple more shots of Judy's quilt. It's her "nontraditional" Christmas quilt.
I'll post it again later, in whole when I've finished it.

Sorry you're having problems. You could use Windows Live Writer to write/post to your blog.

I upload my photos to webshots and then use their Link It function for my photos.

Wow I like what you have done so far on mom's quilt.

Poor little birdie wanted to visit Broc and you denied him LOL

Must be a bird kind of day for posts.... we have woodpeckers drilling on our exterior logs too often for comfort, Thank goodness it happens mostly when I'm home where I can chase them off. Several trees in the vicinity are annihalated with holes and I'd hate to see our siding done that way... I have no clues or advice,, let me know if you learn anything

My parents were blessed(cursed) with woodpecker a whole summer one year! He was just staking out his territory and not trying to get in tho! Love the feathers on the quilt-it is beautiful as always!

Now that you mention it.....the last weekend I spent at the trailer, I had a woodpecker knocking. I was trying to read and it was really loud on that metal!! He started on the roof then moved to the wall just outside my bedroom.
It was cute.......at first!

The woodpecker thing is no joke; he may be back, and who wants holes all over their siding. We had the same problem. A whirly-gig thing hanging from the roof overhang seems to work.

Oh gosh - pretty thing turned into a PEST! Hope that works. he have a woodpecker who drums on the metal stove pipe! What a racket, and the darned bird won't let me take his photo! Such impudence. AT least your bird stayed put!

LOVE the feathers! Beautiful.
